Project Sales Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Director
Subordinate: 1 Specification Executive
Location: Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the sales and marketing department
• In charge for sales & operation management
• Marketing & strategy planning throughout the year
• Raise brand awareness and outreach, promote building materials product to main contractor, applicators, architect, developers and distributors.
• Develop strategic plans and high-level corporate relationships with key customers.
• Meeting with customer for product budget, specification & complaints
• Supervise staff s sales performance & provide skill training if needed
• Monitor delivery arrangement of building materials
• Liaise closely with Managing Director on new products, systems, applications, marketing ideas etc. to support implementation of Company business plans and strategies on products/systems to achieve company objectives.
• Complete other tasks instructed by Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree of Engineering (Civil) or other Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with strong customer network in the construction industry (e.g. main contractor, applicators, architect, developers and distributors.)
• Strong technical aptitude and project sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide/coach subordinates
• Computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD)
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay languages
• Aggressive, resourceful, self-driven, self-oriented and able to work independently
• Highly adaptable and able to travel when required
