Responsibilities:
Responsible for undertaking all commercial and technical activities within Singapore region for, s/he is responsible to fulfil the sales target for brush, buff, compound and abrasive products targeted for the region. To fulfil the key performance of organization in terms of sales volume, markets share and achieve profitability targets.
50% role in Sales
- To develop and implement distribution channel for respective products portfolio in the region
- To identify potential key partners or distributors in the region
- To prepare business plan; forecasting and budgeting on quarterly and yearly basis
- To deliver sales volume, value and margin in line with business plan
- To develop new customer and to build-up in depth knowledge of own product portfolio, customer’s product portfolio, and product processes
- Thorough prospection and on-going contacts with customers, perform all required sales activities to reach the target volume and margin
- Follow-up technical support and after-sales services
- Maintain excellent customer focus
30% role in Marketing
- To identify customer’s profile, SWOT analyses, and Market/Industry trends.
- To evaluate changes in customer priorities and competitor activities
- Continuously monitor the target market and collect relevant market intelligence in the territory; understand customer’s need; implicit or latent
- Follow-up credit situation and stimulate necessary action to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Communicate the added value that company can create for the customer’s business
20% role in Account Management
- Manage indirect or direct sales through close liaison with key partners or customers
- Responsible for follow-up of customer’s complaints to ensure optimal solutions for both the customer and company
- Maintain relationship with partner and customer’s satisfaction level
- Other ad-hoc duties as appropriate to the individual company
